The formatting is great ... and love how active Danielle is on socials to help everyone through the 6 weeks. Feels like you for real have a personal trainer. I am excited to see if there is another add on few weeks at the end but no pressure!!! But yes, overall these are my favorite fitness challenges and I always feel great after!!!
