Danielle is an established personal trainer, fitness expert, and creator of the DP Training Guides.

Danielle can be found as the lead trainer for FitOn App, BeFit, featured on Studio Tone It Up & Pop Sugar Fitness. Danielle was recently named "trending fitness star" by Shape Magazine. She's been in the industry for over a decade and is responsible for thousands of women's transformations online. Danielle has a loyal, connected, and engaged community the #DPFITCREW.

She is a firm believer in finding a healthy relationship with exercise. Her programs are scalable, modifiable, and form focused. Danielle focuses on the mental health benefits of working out and stresses the importance of creating simple, digestible habits that make all the difference in the long run when it comes to consistency. Danielle will challenge you for sure - but she's so empathetic to different seasons of life and you can really create your own schedule with her programs!

Whether you follow it to a T, or use it as a framework, I’m here to show you that you are capable than SO MUCH MORE than you think and even a tiny bit of consistency goes a hell of a long way.
