“
I've done other challenges on other platforms and what you have created has topped them all. You really make everyone feel special and recognized on an individual level. And it's an amazing feeling! I'm proud to say that I am going to be a DP lifer | after just one challenge!”
“ I WANTED TO BECOME HEALTHIER TO START A FAMILY.
“My original weight was probably 255. I lost 81 pounds in about a year and a half. I got pregnant and gained it almost all back. And now I’m down 76 pounds. Your workouts spear headed my fitness journey!! I fell in love with working out through you!! I’ll be eternally grateful.”

“HONESTLY, YOU WERE A BIG PART IN MY TRANSFORMATION
“You seriously were my first introduction into lifting heavier weights and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.”

“MY MINDSET HAS SHIFTED TO ONLY DOING EXERCISES I LOVE, AND WHEN THEY FEEL GOOD TO ME.
“The real progress here is more than aesthetic: It’s the fact that in November 2020 in photo #1, I was using 8lb DBs as my “heavy weights”, couldn’t do mountain climbers or push-ups, zero core strength, bodyweight squats were tough, I modified everything, and I had to take long breaks or quit workouts before they were done. I had an “all or nothing” mindset.
Fast forward to photo #2, where I had just crushed an OPTIONAL live workout, taking all the advanced modifications. My mindset has shifted to only doing exercises I love, and when they feel good to me, pushing myself to tdo the hard things because it will make me stronger, and caring more about how I feel than how I look.”
