On Monday, September 30th I’m kicking off my annual Fitness Challenge called #STRONGINFALL, with an emphasis this year on COMING BACK TO YOUR MAT.

This is a 6 week total body workout challenge that you can do from home with minimal equipment. 5 workouts per week. 2 strength days + 3 full body conditioning/HIIT days. WHAT IS STRONG IN FALL?

The Fall Challenge is one of my biggest annual fitness challenges for my community!

This is the perfect time to jump on board if for no other reason than having MAJOR accountability and a super supportive community for you to feel a part of something bigger. Whether you are working out at the gym or at home – this is a great challenge to kick-start some motivation again! Come back to your mat came to me because I’ve been in such a busy season myself and I’m CRAVING structure with my workouts and really coming back to my mat with intention. If you’ve been in a rhythm with workouts / programs – GREAT – you can just keep up that streak. If you’ve felt a little off track or are having a tough time staying motivated – ALL GOOD – this will give you something structured right now (and map out all your workouts for the next 6 weeks). Maybe you are looking for accountability (like a community of thousands of other like-minded women). Maybe you just need to carve out time for yourself to move and energize your system.
