THE BRAND NEW SPRING PROGRAM
This is a 5 week total body workout program that you can do from home with a variety of dumbbells, a bench, and a mat. 4, 5, or 6 workouts per week split. You will have a lower body and upper body strength + power workout each week, a bodyweight HIIT express, a lower body conditioning, a specialized total body (AMRAP, EMOM, TABATA), and a 10 minute core session. You can choose your weekly split based on your unique goals. There are rest days built in always! All workouts are 30 minutes. Never done a program with DP before? WHAT IS ALL OUT 30?
All Out 30 is a brand new signature program on the DPFIT app.
If you are emerging out of that winter slump, or wanting to get back into a regular exercise routine, or wanting to be challenged in a feasible manner – this is a great program to kick-start some motivation again! It is 30 minute workouts, 30 new workouts, 30 (ish) days. The theme is 30, because it feels manageable! You have the option to pick a 4, 5, or 6 day split here. It is a total body strength + stamina program. You will get a mix of lower body, upper body, bodyweight, core, strength + conditioning. 30 minutes is efficient, so that being said - we will be MOVING quickly each workout. It’s a no frills program in the sense that we are getting right into it and we are getting it done. I know everyone is stacked for time so I’m trying to make it easier for you and take ALL the guesswork out. If you’ve felt a little off track or are having a tough time staying motivated – this will give you something structured right now (and map out all your workouts for the next 5 weeks). WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

All the workouts are right around the 30 minute mark. They are efficient sessions with a variety of strength + conditioning sessions that challenge your whole body.

Nobody wants to do the same workouts for 5 weeks. I hear you! The workouts build as the weeks progress and you are never doing the same workouts twice. You are building on the basics so you might see similar exercises being used each week, but scaling up with weights or reps etc! The protocols will change.

Let me take the guesswork out for you! It's so nice to be told what to do and just hit play. That's exactly what this is. Follow the weekly schedule, press play, go on your own or with me. I'll have protocols written under the video description should you want to rock on your own - you can see the ENTIRE workout written in the description.

The workouts aren’t easy, but they build on each other and are scalable with plenty of modifications. If you want a killer workout and are limited on equipment – this is perfect for you. All workouts will require a set of dumbbells and an elevated surface / bench.

You’ll have an “All Out 30” community chat in the app where you can check in with everyone from the #DPFITCREW on your workouts and stay accountable. If nothing else, you an use this at your leisure - if it serves you or doesn't. But it will be an incredible way to stay accountable and cheer eachother on!!

These workouts are meant to help you feel confident with both Strength Training + Conditioning. You will start with basic movement patterns and progress from there. You'll leave this program feeling so much stronger than you came in (both on a physical + mentality level). You're capable of a hell of a lot more than you think and I'm here to show you that!

It's so easy to fall out of routine and I totally get that. All Out 30 gives you the opportunity to be consistent in a short amount of time. And time is always the BIG problem.
