I got the idea to use a water flat when I was on vacation this summer. I was going on week 2 of no weights and I’ll be completely transparent – IT WAS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! I just wanted to lift some heavy ISH (lol). So, enter the water flat. It reminded me of a sand bag in many ways. I used it for squats, deadlifts, rows, etc! Such a good way to get creative with weighted objects! Hope you guys enjoy the water flat workout series 🙂
