The next few weeks are dedicated to travel workouts. I’ve been in Hawaii for a week and bands are always one of the things I travel with in case I don’t have access to a gym. They are super convenient and of course easy to pack. I still workout on vacation but it’s more outdoor activities like hikes, biking, paddle boarding, etc. It’s nice to have the bands for some weighted exercises though.
