Workout Wednesdays are an easy way to grab a free printable to go along with my IG workouts for the week.  If this is your first time here, I post workouts weekly on instagram.  You will also see those workouts here in a printable version so you can save, screenshot, or print the workout and do it wherever, whenever!

The next few weeks are dedicated to travel workouts.  I’ve been in Hawaii for a week and bands are always one of the things I travel with in case I don’t have access to a gym.  They are super convenient and of course easy to pack.  I still workout on vacation but it’s more outdoor activities like hikes, biking, paddle boarding, etc.  It’s nice to have the bands for some weighted exercises though.
