Kick-Ass Training Guide 2.0
The Kick-Ass Training Guide 2.0 is a continuation of the original KATG 6 week training guide. KATG 2.0 is weeks 7-12, so another 6 weeks of killer workouts! I do not recommend purchasing the 2.0 training guide without having completed 1.0. Just like the KATG, KATG 2.0 is comprised of workouts you can do anywhere, anytime with minimal equipment. The workouts range in duration from 25-60 minutes and are a combination between circuit training, HIIT, & cardio. The 2.0 guide includes:
