Hi, I’m Danielle, but feel free to call me DP :) Movement has always been a part of my life as an ex multi-sport athlete, but I know that is absolutely not the case for everyone. Movement should be enjoyable, whatever that looks like for you. And guess what? Small, consistent, actionable steps can really make a massive impact long term.
My specialty is 20-30 minute EFFICIENT strength and HIIT workouts that will leave you feeling energized and strong as hell. Form and safe training are always my focus, but above all else, I want you to have fun with the programming and genuinely look forward to your workouts. Movement truly is medicine and I’d love for you to experience that with ME!
