Have a Game Plan and a Brain Plan

Having a game plan in your daily life is key, and being able to stay on top of each task requires some mental attention as well. Yes, I’ll admit it. I don’t wake up everyday with a brilliant plan of everything I want to accomplish in 24 hours. I do take the time however to make a list, and set a “game plan” of the things I want to attempt to tackle that day. In today’s world, there is so much to do in so little time. We are all working at a fast pace and taking on more jobs than the human brain can even handle. We love overachieving
